Rotary Youth Leadership Award is one of the most efficient tools that promote the values of Rotary. RYLA is actually a Seminar, where young girls and boys between the age of 18 and 30 get together in a very remote area. They are framed by highly experienced Rotarians, who volunteer for a period of time to assist them in refining their skills and exploring pertinent topics.

This year, we chose Lebanon , home of the Cedars, to embrace these young leaders for a period of four days at the Ehden Country Club starting the third of March.

A very rich program has been put together to help our partners in service improve their vocational and leadership skills throughout many sessions and workshops so that they will be prepared for future positions in our designated Rotary clubs.

This is the time where your Club is invited to select three or more candidates non Rotaractors and Rotaractors as well; sponsor them and motivate them to join the RYLA Seminar. It has been a positive and fruitful tradition that the Rotary Clubs sponsor fully the registration fees of the candidates.

The future of the Rotary clubs lays in paving the way for the future generation to move ahead in the spirit of Rotary within the understanding of Rotary and by the values of Rotary.
